For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in the holistic wellness space, studying the connection between the mind, body and the way we experience our lives.
I’m trained as a holistic nutritionist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and I’ve also studied psychedelic integration.
But this work isn’t something I came to through training alone.
I came to it because I needed it too.
After years of living with depression, anxiety and complex PTSD — and trying almost everything I could find to feel better — intentional microdosing became an important part of my own journey.
But what changed things for me wasn’t simply microdosing.
It was learning how to bring it together with what I already understood about mindfulness, the brain, the body, self-awareness and our deeply ingrained patterns.
That experience eventually became The Microdose Mindset Method.
Today, I help people who have already done so much work on themselves understand why they can still get pulled into the same thought loops, triggers and reactions — and learn a different way of working with them.
Not so you never have another difficult thought or emotion.
But so you can understand yourself, work with what’s happening, and build the kind of self-trust that changes how you move through your life.

No. I don’t sell or supply microdoses.
Inside the program, I provide education and resources around sourcing considerations, legality, safety and what to look for so you can make informed decisions based on where you live.
No.
The goal of this work isn’t to make you dependent on microdosing in order to feel okay.
Intentional microdosing is one part of a larger process while you learn to understand your patterns, work with your mind and body differently, and practise new ways of responding.
Ultimately, we’re working toward something you can carry with you long after the 90 days are over:
Trust in yourself.
Medication and psychedelic substances can involve important interactions and individual considerations, so this isn’t something I recommend deciding based on general advice online. This is something we discuss during our Mental Freedom Audit.
If you currently take an SSRI or another psychiatric medication, we’ll discuss that during the suitability process, and you should speak with the qualified healthcare professional who manages your medication before microdosing or making any changes to your prescription.
Please don’t stop or taper prescribed medication on your own in order to participate in the program.
Then you may be exactly the kind of person I created this work for.
The Microdose Mindset Method isn’t about piling another layer of information on top of everything you already know.
It’s about learning to recognize the patterns that are still running underneath the surface — and practising a different way of working with them.
Because knowing better and being able to respond differently when it actually matters aren’t always the same thing.
That’s what the Mental Freedom Audit is for.
We’ll look at where you are, what you’ve been struggling with, what you’ve already tried and what you want to change.
If The Microdose Mindset Method looks like an appropriate next step, I’ll explain what working together could look like.
And if it doesn’t, that’s okay too.
